What it means: it means that one person who watches a news cast and does NOT pay close attention to what is said can distort the simpliest of comments and then get even more uninformed persons to expand the distortion to a point that the original comment in the news cast is not recognizable anymore. That's what happens when you get a person who thinks they know it all and wants to be the CENTER of attention in a conversation because they think they are so all important. I guess this is where you say "let em climb moot be harm none" ROFL
