The truth..what this person means is ... this person wants to be the WORLD's censor and determine who people can or can not chat with, who is or is not allowed to enter a chat room, what chat room a person can or can not participate in, what a "real person" is, who is a "real personn" and who is not, and make sure every one bows down to this person.
